Cristian Fabian Munoz Isla has released a new video from his upcoming Doom mod that aims to bring NetherRealm’s classic MK games on id Software’s FPS. This new video shows off UMK3 that was recently added to this mod. According to Cristian, the global version of this mod will include Mortal Kombat 1, Mortal Kombat 2 and Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3. From what we’ve seen so far, MK1 feels great, whereas MK2 and UMK3 have some latency and hit detection issues. We don’t know if Cristian can fix them, but they do sometimes break the overall experience. Still, MK1 looks good so that’s a good thing at least. Enjoy! Revenge of Evil is a is a Doom3 spin off, in which the players assume the role of a marine from the Bravo Team. Some levels are similar from Doom 3, while Cristian aims to add some new ones too. Our reader Cristian Fabian Munoz Isla shared with us some new info and videos from his upcoming Mortal Kombat II mod for id Software’s classic FPS, Doom. According to Cristian, MKII for DooM will feature a tag team mode in which 4 players can duke it out in a 2v2 battle (or only 2 players or 3, on the case for 3 players, 1 player control the 2 chars, and the rest only 1). Now this is too good to simply ignore. Modder ‘adamclare87’ is currently working on a total reconstruction of id Software’s classic FPS, Doom. As its description reads, Doom: One is a new look on the classic first episode of the original DooM. This means that we’re talking about a game full of surprises, new secrets, upgraded visuals that retain the style of what we’ve been used to this whole time, and without any kind of loading screens. Yesterday we informed you about the latest version of Brutal Doom and the fact that it will feature a new combo system. Modder ‘SGtMarkIV’ has released a new video for Brutal Doom, showcasing a new combo system that will be featured in it. As the modder describes, in V19 there will be a simple combo system similar to the system used by the Fighter on Brutal HeXen; pressing the fire, alt fire, and kick buttons in a sequence will unleash powerful combo attacks. Our reader ‘Cristian Fabian Munoz Isla’ has sent us a new video from his Mortal Kombat 2 mod for Doom. In this video, Cristian showcased the new fatality that was added in it, in which Shang Tsung transforms into the Cyberdemon. In addition, Cristian added Noob Saibot, Smoke and Jade who are now playable characters via cheats.
