Cristian Fabian Munoz Isla has shared with us a new video from his Mortal Kombat II mod for Doom, showcasing the finishing moves (fatalities, babalities, friendships) that will be featured in it. According to the modder, MKII Doom is 92,5% complete. Cristian also plans to implement another set of fatalities, as well as a Single Player Arcade Ladder Mode. Enjoy! Yesterday we informed you about the latest version of Brutal Doom and the fact that it will feature a new combo system. Well, today we are presenting you its official trailer that has just been released (needless to say that it looks f’ing epic). Brutal Doom is perhaps THE best mod for Doom we’ve seen thus far, and according to the modder this new version will be released on August 9th. Brutal Doom – V19 Will Feature A New Combo System

Modder ‘SGtMarkIV’ has released a new video for Brutal Doom, showcasing a new combo system that will be featured in it. As the modder describes, in V19 there will be a simple combo system similar to the system used by the Fighter on Brutal HeXen; pressing the fire, alt fire, and kick buttons in a sequence will unleash powerful combo attacks. Mortal Kombat II SNES Mod for Doom – New Footage Released, 80% Complete

Our reader ‘Cristian Fabian Munoz Isla’ has sent us a new video from his Mortal Kombat 2 mod for Doom. In this video, Cristian showcased the new fatality that was added in it, in which Shang Tsung transforms into the Cyberdemon. In addition, Cristian added Noob Saibot, Smoke and Jade who are now playable characters via cheats. The mod is 80% complete, and there is a dedicated server of this beta on Zandronum for those eager to give this a go. Enjoy! Our reader ‘Cristian Fabian Muñoz Isla’ has informed us about a new video of his Donkey Kong Country mod for Doom (that will be compatible with GZDooM). Cristian plans to release a demo that will feature 9 levels (the equal of episode 1 of doom), and one of them will be a secret map. The following video shows the levels e1m2 (lava), e1m3(forest) and e1m4 (pirate ship). No ETA has been given, but we’ll be sure to keep you up to date with its progress. Enjoy! Our reader Cristian Fabian Munoz Isla has informed us about the progress of his Mortal Kombat II Snes mod for Doom via skulltag/zandronum. According to the modder, this mod has been completed by 50% and in order to showcase the progress that has been made to it, Doomero has released a video that can be viewed below. This mod has potential, however there are still issues that need Doomero’s attention. As huge MK fans, we find it really interesting so make sure to give it a go. Now this is simply amazing. YouTube’s GhorsHammer is creating an incredible add-on for Garry’s Mod called gmDoom. According to its description, gmDoom is a partial source port of Doom integrated into Garry’s Mod 13. Assets are loaded from an IWAD, and no binary modules are required. The good news is that this add-on will be available through the Steam Workshop once bug testing is complete, which – according to the modder – should be in only a few days.
