Cold Iron Studios has revealed the first details, trailer, and official PC system requirements for Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2. The game will come out on PC in Summer 2026. So, let’s see what it’s all about.
Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2 will drop up to four players into the boots of Colonial Marines deployed to the most hostile corners of the Aliens universe. Xenomorphs will stalk the corridors, ambush from the shadows, and swarm in overwhelming numbers.
Players will have to coordinate with their fireteam, leverage each class’s unique abilities, and adapt on the fly as encounters escalate from tense standoffs to all-out war. Moreover, the game promises to have deeper squad mechanics, smarter enemies, and a fully customizable Specialist class.
Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2 will have new and improved classes. Each will bring distinct playstyles and tactical abilities to the fight, making every squad combination feel different. As said, there will also be a fully customizable class, called the Specialist. This class will let players mix and match major and minor abilities from every available class.
The game will come with multiple dedicated Horde maps. As such, you will battle through escalating waves of xenomorphs and other deadly enemies, earning increasingly valuable rewards as you survive deeper into the onslaught.
Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2 promises to have a massive variety of new xenomorphs. Therefore, players will have to use every tool at their disposal. For instance, you can use stun batons for up close melee action. Or you can use pyro and electric ammo to whittle down the unrelenting xenomorph front before they overrun you and your squad.
To run it, PC gamers will at least need an AMD Ryzen 5 2600 or an Intel Core i5-8400 with 10GB of RAM and an NVIDIA RTX 2060. The game will also require 35GB of free disk space. With this PC system, you will be able to run it at 1080p/Low Settings with 30FPS.
For gaming at 1080p/High Settings with 60FPS, you will need an AMD Ryzen 5 5600G or Intel Core i5-12600 with 16GB of RAM and an AMD 6700 or an NVIDIA RTX 3070.
