Carrier Command: Gaea Mission – Six New Environmental Screenshots

Bohemia Interactive has released six new screenshots for their upcoming remake of Carrier Command. These new screenshots showcase some of the game’s environments. Carrier Command: Gaea Mission is set in the Gaea Universe, with a story adapted from the science fiction trilogy of novels, and promises to reinvent the classic gameplay of the original Carrier Command, released in 1988, to deliver a truly next-gen experience. Take On Helicopters – Update 1.04 ‘Cougar’ Released

Bohemia Interactive has released a major new patch for their latest game, Take On Helicopters. Applying update 1.04 – codenamed Cougar – will refine the experience of flying across the wide variety of helicopter gameplay by implementing a massive upgrade to the flight model. It also brings an initial introduction to Java scripting safely to land and lifts all DRM-restrictions for users of legitimate installations. Take On Helicopters Patch 1.04 – Release Candidate Available Now, comes with FXAA and SMAA support

Bohemia has released the RC of their upcoming Patch 1.04 for Take On Helicopters. This patch comes with FXAA and SMAA support, a Massive flight model upgrade, Time Trial functionality improvements and a Bonus Light helicopter Cougar livery. In addition, this patch is DRM-free for users of legitimate installations. As with most beta/RC patches, it is recommended to back up your full installation folder and profile folder first. So back it up guys because you will not be able to rollback to previous version, and upgrading to the final 1.04 patch may not be possible. You can view the entire changelog after the jump. Carrier Command: Gaea Mission – Physics Tech Demonstration

Bohemia Interactive has released a new video that showcases the physics system that is being used in their upcoming remake of Carrier Command, Carrier Command: Gaea Mission. In addition, the company revealed a new screenshot for it that can be viewed below. Carrier Command: Gaea Mission looks quite promising and will feature large 32 island archipelago occupied by an enemy, new dynamic weather and daytime simulation system. Enjoy! New ArmA 3 Screenshot

Bohemia’s CM&PR, David Foltyn, has revealed a new bonus screenshot from their upcoming military sim first person shooter, ArmA 3. As always, ArmA 3 looks lovely and sexy as hell. This new screenshot shows off the in-game tank models, as well as the better lighting effects that have been implemented. ArmA 3 is currently slated for a late 2012 release, exclusively on the PC! Bohemia comments on ArmA 2’s player movement, ArmA 3 to feature better mouse control

ArmA 3 – Community Alpha coming after E3, mod support confirmed, backward compatible with ArmA 2

Bohemia Interactive has revealed some new screenshots for their military sim FPS game, ArmA 3, as well as some new information about it. Arma 3 will be exhibited at E3 (June 5-7) and Gamescom Cologne (August 16-19). For many this will be the first opportunity to experience what has been accomplished so far and to get a sense of what is to come. However, that is not all. For the first time ever in the Arma series, Bohemia Interactive is planning a ‘Community Alpha’. This will let people try out an early playable build of Arma 3 and help the team with development. New screenshots and trailer from Project Reality: ARMA 2; version 0.15 coming really soon

Project Reality: ARMA 2 is a free to download game modification for Bohemia’s military sim game. The main aim for PR:ARMA2 is to create a realistic and immersive modification for ARMA 2, which focuses on encouraging teamwork through game play. The team is hard at work with the 0.15 version of it and decided to release some new screenshots and a trailer for it. And it looks damn impressive.
