Blizzard Entertainment announced a trio of milestones achieved during the launch week of StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm. More than 1.1 million viewers tuned into the company’s 21-hour, global broadcast of launch events and community celebrations around the world, with peak concurrent viewership reaching over 125,000, as reported by Twitch. As of the end of its first two days of sales, Heart of the Swarm had sold through approximately 1.1 million copies worldwide, including both retail and digital sales. Remember the teaser website of Modern Warfare 4? Well, it appears that it was valid as a new poster has appeared (kudos to Insomnia’s Psycho_Warhead for spotting it) today, hinting at an incoming announcement/reveal on March 21st. Not only that, but it seems that four studios are working on it: Infinity Ward, Raven Software, Sledgehammer Games and Neversoft. Naturally, the game will be published by Activision. The poster also indicates that Activision will reveal more during PAX East (or GDC), otherwise there wouldn’t be a poster for just the fan-made movie reveal. It’s really ironic when publishers decide not to comment on a question, when distributors have shared false information, and when you get a proper answer from a pirated group with its latest actions. One such attempt was a teaser site that got spotted today, supposedly revealing that a teaser trailer for Modern Warfare 4 would go live on March 21st. This website was hosted in Russian name servers and Infinity Ward’s is most probably headquartered in Russia. Activision has released the Revolution DLC for the PC version of Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. This first DLC for BO2 is said to deliver an unparalleled amount of variety and content for all types of Call of Duty: Black Ops II players, featuring four all-new multiplayer maps set around the globe. Blizzard has released a new trailer for StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm. In this new StarCraft game, Sarah Kerrigan embarks on a path of great vengeance and furious anger. Activision has released a new update for the PC version of Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. According to its changelog, this update adds hint text tool tips for map voter buttons, adjusts the red flash damage indicator when using the Toughness Perk and reduces Guardian damage in Hardcore modes.
