Metal Gear Survive Beta 4K Screenshots

The open beta phase for Metal Gear Survive is currently underway and below you can find some 4K screenshots from it. For this gallery we used the Extra High settings and kept our MSI Afterburner active in order to give you an idea of how the beta runs in 4K on a single GTX980Ti.

Metal Gear Survive is a spin off from the main METAL GEAR SOLID V story that takes place in a strange alternative universe. Players will
create their own character and learn to survive, scavenge resources, craft weapons, build a base camp and explore the unknown while developing the survival skills necessary in this hostile environment.

The beta currently offers two maps and as you can see, there is an underwhelming for effect in both of them. This fog looks – visually – bad and washes out the visuals. Apart from that, Metal Gear Survive looks almost exactly the same with Metal Gear Solid V The Phantom Pain. This means that if you liked MGS5’s visuals, you’ll also like MGS.

Metal Gear Survive will release on February 22nd.
