Hogwarts Legacy feature

Hogwarts Legacy now supports AMD FSR 3 & Intel XeSS 2.0

Avalanche Software has released the April 17th Patch for Hogwarts Legacy, which adds official support for AMD FSR 3 and Intel XeSS 2.0. As such, AMD and Intel owners will now be able to use Frame Gen in order to further improve their performance.

Going into more details, the April 17th Update adds support for Intel’s Low Latency (XeLL) and Frame Generation (XeFG). It also adds support for AMD Anti-Lag 2 (as well as AMD FSR 3). Plus, it adds newly released GPUs to GPU List so graphics options correctly default.

The April 17th Patch also comes with some Ray Tracing tweaks. For instance, it fixes an issue that could cause the shadow of the Hogsmeade watermill to not rotate with asset. Moreover, it fixes some Ray Tracing reflection system resolution issues.

And that’s not all. This update resolves a performance hit that could occur when players had a large number of mods and tried to access the library tab. It also fixes a bug where Low Latency Mode would not update when Frame Generation was changed. Furthermore, the game’s screen space reflections should have less noise when using AMD FSR.

Speaking of Hogwarts Legacy, you may also want to try the following mods. In  theory, they should be compatible with this latest version. So, right now, there is a VR Mod and a Multiplayer Mod in Early Access. Moreover, you can find a mod that lets you play as Harry Potter. Then, we have this amazing first-person mod. And lastly, you can download this Accurate Dialogue Choices Mod.

Like always, Steam will download this update the next time you launch its client. Below you can also find its complete changelog.
