Pearl Abyss has just released Title Update 2.03.00 for Crimson Desert Enhanced and shared its full patch notes. So, let’s see what this new patch brings to the table.
Patch 2.03.00 adds several small improvements and fixes. The patch also improves stability across all supported platforms.
When starting a new game with an existing save, players now get 1,000 or more Silver as stackable Silver Pouches. Photo Mode also gets a new Precise Movement feature. This gives you finer control over the camera.
The patch fixes several quest and gameplay issues. Rival horses no longer move too fast during horse races. Missions that require waiting can no longer be started too early. Combat missions also no longer get canceled after saving and loading. The Lumberjacks’ Witness Report poster will now keep spawning until it is read. The guide NPC in the Shadowed Secrets quest will also spawn in the right place after a retry.
Several control issues have also been fixed. QTEs after being grabbed by a bear now work as intended. The Skill Details button in the Stables and Pet Management menus has also been adjusted. Players can now control their character during the Investigate the Mysterious Voice quest. Using certain items while riding a mount will no longer freeze the player.
Moreover, the devs have improved Water Stride. Players can now jump while using it and slide when Vaporwalker is equipped. Combat has also been fixed in a few cases, including enemies failing to fall from cliffs after being knocked back and excessive fall damage when leaving an A.T.A.G. in midair.
The patch also fixes UI text issues, improves localization, and reduces visual noise on armor indoors. Horse models now also look more natural when certain bardings are equipped.
Finally, the NVIDIA Streamline SDK has been updated to version 2.14.1. This brings the latest transformer model for DLSS Ray Reconstruction.
As always, Steam will download this update the next time you launch its client. Below, you can also find its full patch notes.
