Wolfire Games have released a new video that showcases the changes that have been made to the latest alpha version of Overgrowth. This week, David Rosen has set up proper animatable wolf rig, started to overhaul level load system and fixed a memory leak when saving shadow textures. Good news for indie fans of The Binding of Isaac as Edmund McMillen and Florian Himsl will release its first expansion, The Wrath of the Lamb, in May 28th. The Binding of Isaac: Wrath of the Lamb will be priced at around $3 and will become available only via Steam. The expansion will add 100+ new items, 5+ new chapters, 20+ new enemies, 25 new achievements, 15+ new bosses, 6+ new room types, 6+ new mysterious item drops, 5+ new music tracks by Danny B, a new item type, Trinkets A new challenge mode with 10 unique challenges, a new unlockable character, a new final chapter and boss with new endings, as well as tons of new random happenings, curses, blessings, npcs, fortune tellers and more. Rebellion has released the PC version of Sniper Elite V2, and it’s time to see how this sniper game performs on our beloved platform. Sniper Elite V2 was self-published by Rebellion themselves and is a nice port. There have been some improvements to the game’s textures and there are keyboard indications for all in-game actions. There is also a mouse smoothing option, so be sure to disable it if you want to avoid any mouse acceleration side effects. Unfortunately, there is no option to adjust the FOV, and you might notice some pop-in when the levels are initially loaded. Good news for ArmA fans as some new footage from ArmA 3 has emerged. Czech gaming channel “Gamepage.cz” interviewed Bohemia’s Ivan Buchta in which the YouTube gaming channel has featured some new footage from the company’s upcoming military sim. Although the footage was captured in low-res, it looks great and you’ll be able to take a look at the new Stratis island. ArmA 3 is currently slated for a late 2012 release on the PC. Enjoy! We’ve said a lot of times that mods can literally change the look of a game. And you do know that there are a lot of mods for Skyrim, right? Well, nothing have prepared you for the following video that showcases some pretty amazing visuals. YouTube’s member ‘MrRhexx’ used the realistic setting from cinemascope combined with the cinematic settings from cinematic ENB mod – that work wonderfully together – and captured some footage of Skyrim. The end result is unbelievable and could very well be mistaked as a CGI footage. MrRhexx also used the Daedric Reaver Armor and the footage is from a scene taken from Chronicles of a Sad Story 3.
