Great news for indie fans as Botanicula, a point’n’click exploration game, is now available on Steam. Botanicula was created by Jaromír Plachý and Amanita Design and it’s about a bunch of five friends – little tree creatures who set out for a journey to save the last seed from their home tree which is infested by evil parasites. Earlier today we informed you about the success of Grim Dawn’s Kickstarter Campaign and we are happy to report now that the second Public Stress Test Weekend for Path of Exile will be initiated on May 11th. Assetto Corsa is one of our most anticipated sim racing games and YouTube’s member ‘anacondasolitaria’ has uploaded the first in-game footage from it. Unfortunately, the following videos are from a mobile phone, therefore we can’t judge the game’s graphics. We can notice though the amazing physics engine that powers Assetto Corsa and what’s more interesting is that Slightly Mad Studios, the development team behind Project CARS, was also impressed by it. THQ has released a new trailer for Darksiders 2 which showcases the features that will be bundled in the First Edition package. Darksiders 2: First Edition will only be available in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and will come with more quests, extra loot, faster horse, death angel armor, and some new powerful weapons. You do remember the Crysis 2 backlash when Crytek revealed that it was going to be a multiplatform title, right? PC gamers were worried about that change and feared that this simultaneously development would impact the PC version. And frankly, they were right. Crytek’s Cevat had stated – before the game’s release – that the company would not invest in features that could not be made into consoles and when Crysis 2 got out, PC gamers found out that the PC version was a simple port of the console one and nothing more. Sure, there were some improvements to the game’s textures (and some graphical features that were only present on the PC) but the game, at its heart, was created with consoles in mind.
