Reus is a 2D god game in which you take control of nature through the hands of mighty giants, in which players possess all imaginable powers over nature. Among them terrascaping, creation of life, control of weather and genetic manipulation. There is only one thing on the planet that you do not control and that is mankind, with all their virtues and and all their vices. Yes, Torment will be getting a sequel that will be set in the Numenera setting – a pen and paper RPG setting that had been funded through Kickstarter. Diablo III – Patch 1.0.7 Released, Introduces Dueling

Blizzard has released a new patch for its hack n slash aRPG, Diablo III. This patch will update your game’s version to 1.0.7 and introduces dueling. Players will now be able to duel one another in a new zone designed specifically for this style of combat. This zone can be accessed by speaking with Nek the Brawler located at the inn in New Tristram, and supports 2 to 4 players in a Free-For-All format. Hitbox Team, developers of Dustforce, have just revealed their latest indie game called Spire. Spire will be a first person platformer with procedurally generated levels. Contrary to other similar games, though, these levels won’t be randomly generated. Instead, Hitbox plans on implementing an generator with intentional flow for its levels. SEGA and Double Fine Productions announced the launch date and price for the upcoming adventure game, The Cave. Created by legendary game designer Ron Gilbert, The Cave will be available on January 22nd in North America and on the 23rd January in Europe for the PlayStation Network for $14.99/ €12.99/£9.99/ AUD$19.95. On January 23rd, it will be available on Xbox LIVE Arcade for X360 for 1200 MSP and Steam for $14.99/ €12.99/£9.99/ AUD$19.95 . Our reader Sid Spyker has informed us about the PC requirements of Bioshock: Infinite, that were revealed on Irrational Games’ blog. According to the developers, the PC version won’t suffer from any kind of artificial mouse smoothing, and PC gamers will be able to control sensitivity or toggle mouse acceleration in the options screen. Bohemia Developers Haven Been Released On Bail, Can Return To Czech Republic

Great news for ArmA III and Bohemia fans, as the two developers who were arrested and accused of espionage, Ivan Buchta and Martin Pezlar, have been released on bail and can go back to the Czech Republic. According to the official Bohemia website – dedicated to this incident – the bail-sum was set to 5,000 Euros each. In December, we shared with you a teaser trailer for Earth Special Forces, a DBZ mod for Half Life that has been under development for quite sometime. As promised, the team behind it has released a full length video that literally puts to shame most commercial DBZ games. The impressive thing here is also the fact that we’re talking about a mod for a relatively old game, yet still looks gorgeous.
