As Scott describes, this video was shot on black void, using a rebuild version of glados’ chamber that I put together by hand. The video features music from Lars Erik Fjøsne, however we should also give our thumbs up to JP Neufeld for mixing Glados’ voice to Lars song. In addition, Valve has released a new update for Source Filmmaker, and you can view its complete changelog below. Enjoy! Dead Space 3 PC Will Be A Simple Console Port And Nothing More

Dead Space 3
I’m pretty sure you all saw that coming. games.on.net revealed that Dead Space 3 PC will be a simple console port and nothing more. No DX11 support, no higher-resolution textures, no graphical enhancements, no specific PC tweaks or features. In fact, PC gamers should be thankful that this game will hit their platform as Visceral Games is obviously not focused on it. Ironically, the same thing can be said about High Moon Studios and its Transformers franchise, though Activision was smart enough and let another studio develop a wonderful PC port. Kickstarter For Sonic-inspired Indie Platformer, Freedom Planet, Surpasses $10K With 22 Days Left To It

Freedom Planet
You know what, Freedom Planet looks great. I mean, how could this possibly not look cool? We’re talking about an indie platformer in which Megaman, Sonic and Gunstar Heroes collide with full voice acting and intense boss fights. Or at least that’s the general scope of this project (without Sonic and Megaman as that would put the team into legal issues). But the concept is in there and since both SEGA and Capcom have failed to satisfy their customers, it comes down to indie developers who can exploit such gameplay mechanics (and lovely 2D visuals) and offer what we’ve always wanted. Need For Speed: Most Wanted – New Patch Fixes Performance Issues

Need For Speed Most Wanted
At long last everyone; Criterion has released a new patch that fixes the dreadful performance of Need For Speed: Most Wanted. Although we don’t have a changelog for this patch, a quick run (after updating the game) shows significant FPS gains. The big question now is why did it take Criterion three whole months to fix this game and why wasn’t the PC version optimized in the first place. As always, this update will be auto-downloaded next time you run the game. Enjoy! Continue reading Need For Speed: Most Wanted – New Patch Fixes Performance Issues
