Surgeon Simulator 2013 may very well be the coolest and most enjoyable title of 2013. According to the team, the full Steam version comes with additional features, operations and environments. What’s also great is that the game is priced at only 6,99€ (for the next 23 hours), so waste no time and purchase it. You won’t regret it. We are pretty sure that most racing fans will be disappointed with the following news. Slightly Mad Studios revealed – a couple of months ago – that Project CARS was planned for a 2014 release. YouTube’s member ‘Dslyecxi’ has posted a video in which he showcases the newly impressive fog effecs that Bohemia added to its military sim FPS title, ArmA 3. And quite frankly, this is the best fog effects we’ve ever seen. Contrary to other titles, ArmA 3’s fog looks like a… real fog. Now imagine a new Silent Hill – or another horror – game with that kind of fog. Man, that would be too good to be true. Screw that, imagine a DayZ mod for ArmA 3 with this feature enabled. Now THAT would be something really cool, right? Until that happens, though, enjoy ArmA 3’s fog video demonstration! Continue reading ArmA 3’s Impressively Enhanced Fog Effects Demonstrated→

Epic Games impressed gamers back in 2012 when it showcased its latest game engine, Unreal Engine 4, with its Global Illumination support. The Elemental Tech Demo was a beauty to behold, however its latest version – which ran on Sony’s PS4 – did not feature any of it. Naturally, a lot of PC gamers blamed consoles for not being powerful enough to run this end-all-be-all feature. And in an interview with GameTrailers, Epic Games’ Tim Sweeney decided to shed some light on that matter. Continue reading Epic Games’ Tim Sweeney Explains Lack Of ‘SVOGI’ In Unreal Engine 4→
