Ubisoft has released a new video for Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, featuring 13 minutes of gameplay footage and showcasing the open-world environment that will be featured in this new part of the AC series. In Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, players will take the role of Edward and will be able to discover his daily life as a pirate and Assassin. The game is planned for a November 1st release on PS3 and X360. The PC version will be released at a later date. Enjoy! GDC Europe 2013 organizers announced that Crytek’s executive producer Joshua Howard will show attendees how to apply game design to management and create more productive teams in ‘Better Teams Through Game Design. As the press release reads, Howard advocates people as players and not pieces in management, drawing from experience currently working on free-to-play FPS Warface and former projects such as Microsoft Flight and APB. Despite the fact that Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 is one of the most anticipated titles of 2013, Mercury Steam – the studio that is currently developing the latest Castlevania games – is not willing to produce any further games based on the Castlevania universe. Hayssam Keilany, creator of the amazing iCEnhancer mod for GTA IV, has posted a new video from the Brigade 3.0 engine; an engine that supports real-time path tracing. This new video features a human model that dances, and we are almost certain that a lot will criticize the dancing itself. However, that’s not the point of the video. Most of you should focus on the spectacular lighting that has been achieved via tha path tracing techniques.
