Full Control to demonstrate Space Hulk and Jagged Alliance: Flashback at GamesCom 2013

Space Hulk
Full Control announced today that it will be at Gamescom this year showing off Space Hulk, the digital turn based strategy video game adaptation of the 3rd edition of Games Workshop’s epic board-game set in the Warhammer 40,000 universe.
As well as showing off Space Hulk on PC and Mac, CEO Thomas Hentschel Lund will be talking about pre-production for the next turn-based classic the team will be tackling – Jagged Alliance: Flashback that they successfully funded through a kickstarter campaign in May, 2013.
Presentations will be held in at the Nordic Pavillion in Hall 4.2 at booth 0.20 in the Business Area from Wednesday August, 21st till Friday August, 23th.
Space Hulk is a 3D digital turn based strategy game that recreates the classic claustrophobic board game experience for single player and multiplayer cross-platform play between PC, Mac and iOS. Set in the isolated corridors and tomb-like chambers of an ancient vessel lost in the graveyard of space, players lead a small army of fearless Space Marine Terminators to battle in a ferocious fight for survival against hordes of predatory alien Genestealers.
Based on the “Sin of Damnation” campaign from the 3rd edition board game, Space Hulk includes a robust 12-mission single-player campaign, as well as three all-new prequel missions to ease new players into the game. Recreating the tense battles of the board game, multiplayer mode will allow players to go head-to-head as one player controls the Space Marines and their opponent, the Genestealers, in the ultimate fight for domination. Cross platform functionality in multiplayer mode allows players to compete against friends whether they play on PC, Mac or mobile. Full Control will also be discussing plans for co-op player mode as well as the upcoming Level Editor at Gamescom. These features will be added to the game in a future patch.
Jagged Alliance: Flashback, on the other hand, promises to transport players back in time to the cold war era. The Caribbean Island group San Hermanos holds many hidden secrets, humorous stories and hostile environments, which makes a perfect setting for a fun and challenging game with lots of twists and turns. Gameplay features will emphasize the core pillars that made the original games great: deep strategy, thrilling action and character RPG elements. Jagged Alliance: Flashback was successfully funded through Kickstarter and raised over $380,000 in May 2013.
