Daylight is the first game powered by Epic’s next-gen engine, Unreal Engine 4, and contrary to what Epic has shown via its various tech demos, Zombie Studios’ horror title looks as awful as it can possibly get. Falco Girgis has detailed its upcoming RPG called Elysian Shadows. Elysian Shadows is an indie 2D RPG being developed for Windows, OS X, Linux, Android, iOS, Ouya and Sega Dreamcast. The development team fused aspects of 16-bit classical RPGs such as Chrono Trigger, Secret of Mana, and Final Fantasy, with a highly stylized, modern vision by using dynamic lighting, physics, and audio engines along with swapping between 2D and 3D perspectives. Watch_Dogs – New Screenshots Released
Ubisoft has released a new set of screenshots for its upcoming open-world title, Watch_Dogs. Watch_Dogs will feature a real time day and night cycle, as well as over 100 hacks and over 75 vehicles. The game aims to also offer a city that ‘will feel alive like players have never seen before with many unique NPCs populating the city.’ It will be interesting to see whether Ubisoft will be able to deliver something like that.
