Good news for all PC gamers as three titles have just been released on Steam. Okay, this is not good news for our wallets but there was a time when gamers were constantly complaining about the lack of such titles on the PC. Well, it’s payback time as Thunder Wolves, Anomaly 2 and Sanctum 2 are currently available on Steam.
Anomaly 2 is a sequel to the critically acclaimed Anomaly Warzone Earth. Maintaining the core elements of the original, Anomaly 2 adds new features to the single-player campaign and finally puts your skills to a test in a completely unique experience: the dynamic tower defense vs. tower offense multiplayer mode.
Thunder Wolves is an arcade helicopter shooter that promises to feature a fully destroyable environment, thus allowing players to unleash unprecedented devastation. The game sports 13 action-packed missions in four different regions and boss battles.
Sanctum 2 is the sequel to the world’s first Tower Defense/FPS hybrid game. Players can pick from four unique character classes and embark on a mission to protect the oxygen-producing Cores from hordes of deadly aliens who are threatened by their existence. Players can outfit their character exactly the way they want through the new and extensive customization system, as well as choose their own loadout of towers, weapons and perks.

Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
