Modder ‘draco1122’ released an interesting mod for Bethesda’s RPG, Skyrim. This mod is compatible with Dawnguard and is essential for all those facing FPS issues and crashes due to their RAM getting maxed out. In other words, this mod should reduce if not stop all crashes and prevent slow down and lag from playing the game for long periods of time.
According to the modder, this mod purges buffer cells every ten minutes in theory. It is based off of a mod for fallout new Vegas and draco1122 has completely remade the mod due to fact previous author wasn’t sure if it would work for Skyrim. This mod might also increase general FPS.
The mod should be loaded first, after you use BOSS to ensure your load order is right.
We should also note that this mod will only prevent crashes caused by ram maxing out will not stop crashes due to mod conflicts and load order errors.
