The team behind the indie 16bit SNES/Mega-Drive JRPG, that is inspired by the legendary Zelda games, has just released an early co-op gameplay footage that can be viewed after the jump. Secrets of Grindea looks amazingly cool and is the work of three people. Now there is still room for improvements but let’s admit it; it does look promising. Oh, and it will support four player co-op. Secrets of Grindea is currently slated for a 2012 release on the PC. Enjoy the video!

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved - and still does - the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
