Obsidian Entertainment released the first footage of Project Eternity, which runs on Unity; showcasing the game’s water, trees, day/night and lighting system. Project Eternity is a 2D game, and looks bloody amazing. In fact, Obsidian has managed to create one of the best isometric prototypes – visually – we’ve ever seen, and the animation system is great even at this state of the game. Project Eternity is planned for a 2014 release, exclusively on the PC. Enjoy!

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved - and still does - the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
