Bandai Namco has announced that Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot has sold 1.5 million copies in its first week. Moreover, Team Ninja has announced that Nioh has shipped more than 3 million copies on PC and PS4.
Dragon Ball Z Kakarot is a great action RPG game that most DBZ fans will appreciate. While it has a somehow casual fighting system, it features all the events of the Z saga (from the Saiyans to Buu). Bandai Namco aims to sell two million copies by the end of 2020.
On the other hand, Nioh has shipped more than 3 million copies worldwide. It’s worth noting that Nioh had shipped 2 million copies in May 2019. As such, Team Ninja’s title was able to ship an additional one million copies in nine months.

Despite its initial rocky launch on the PC, it appears that the game sold well on our platform. Ironically, though, its sequel will now release exclusively on PS4. KOEI Tecmo and Team Ninja have not revealed whether Nioh 2 will find its way on the PC at a later date.
