Call of Duty Black Ops 4 October 31st update detailed, full patch release notes revealed

Treyarch and Beenox have released a new major update for Call of Duty Black Ops 4. According to the release notes, the October 31st update allows full parties of 6 to play in Chaos Domination, resolves an error associated with equipping a Signature Weapon, equipping an attachment, then re-equipping the same Signature Weapon and fixes an error associated with removing a Signature Weapon with any attachment equipped.

This patch also comes with some PC-specific fixes and tweaks. As Beenox pointed out, this update enables Timeline Editor in Theater, resolves rendering issues with some special effects when playing with a wide FOV as well as rendering issues with “missing” grass in Blackout, fixes an issue that triggered a UI error when editing an Emblem, and addresses some crash issues.

It’s also worth noting that the PC patch includes all the tweaks, fixes and additions that came with the October 30th console patch. As such, we’ve included below only the changelog for the latest update, and a link to the October 30th patch release notes.

As always, the Blizzard app will download this patch the next time you launch its client!
