Well, you gotta love Activision and Treyarch as they have included some details about their latest COD title in the source code of the official COD website. As it’s being indicated, this COD game is indeed developed by Treyarch, is called Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, will be set in the future, and will feature three modes.
As the official website hints:

With three unique game modes: Campaign, Multiplayer and Zombies, providing fans with the deepest and most ambitious Call of Duty ever.”
