Bad news: Assassin’s Creed 3 is already out on consoles. Good news: the PC version will support DX11, as well as higher resolution textures. Even better news: Assassin’s Creed 3 PC pre-order comes with a free digital copy of Assassin’s Creed 2 – from Ubisoft’s store.
Originally priced at $19.99, the second part of the franchise can be yours if you pre-order Assassin’s Creed 3 from Ubisoft’s online store. Sounds like a good deal to us, though we can’t think of anyone (interested in this franchise) and not owning all previous parts already.
But anyway, those interested can pre-order Assassin’s Creed 3 PC from here.
In other news, our reader Sid Spyker has informed us about some additional details that were revealed about the PC version of AC3. According to Ubisoft, AC3 PC will feature multimonitor and extra wide monitor support for both Eyefinity and nVidia surround, higher resolution textures, tessellation, increased LOD quality (thank God for that), better Ambient Occlusion and higher quality for its shadows.
Assassin’s Creed 3 PC is currently planned for a November 22nd release!
