ArmA: Cold War Assault will just be the old original OFP rebranded

After Bohemia’s announcement about ArmA: Cold War Assault, a lot of PC gamers were wondering whether it would be a simple re-release of Operation Flashpoint or a rework/remake that would take advantage of ArmA’s engine. Therefore, we contacted Bohemia to find out and let you know what this Cold War Assault game will actually be.
According to Michal Harangozo, Bohemia’s PR, ArmA: Cold War Assault will just be a re-release of the old, classic Operation Flashpoint. This is not a remake or a rework.
Michal Harangozo said:
“Arma: Cold War Assault is old original re-branded OFP together with Resistance and 1.99 patch. It´s not old content in new engine and new graphic. Our publishing deal with Codies expired and we would
like to include this legendary title to our project line up and portfolio.”
