Tales of Symphonia has just been released on the PC and… it’s a mess. According to various reports, the game’s internal resolution is locked at 720p and its framerate is locked at 30fps. Fallout 4 – Patch 1.3 Is Now Publicly Available To Everyone

Bethesda has just released the 1.3 update for Fallout 4 to everyone. According to its changelog, this patch features several new features – including PC-specific enhancements like HBAO+ and weapon debris effects – as well as new fixes for gameplay, quests, and Workshop Mode.
