New Trine 2 Update Released; Multiplayer Lobby Improvements confirmed

Frozenbyte released a new update for their amazing side-scrolling puzzle platformer, Trine 2. This new update comes with some improvements to the game’s MP mode, as well as to its co-op camera in a lot of levels. Choplifter HD is now available on Steam, PSN and XBLA

inXile Entertainment today announced that the highly anticipated Choplifter HD is now available for download via PlayStation Network, Xbox Live Arcade and PC for $14.99/1200 Microsoft points. Choplifter HD is developed by inXile Entertainment, who is publishing the PlayStation Network and PC versions, and co-publishing the Xbox Live Arcade version with Konami Digital Entertainment. STALKER fans, rejoice; STALKER 2’s development team continues work after the holidays

Back in December, GSC GameWorld promised more news about S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 after the holiday season. And here we are today, with the team announcing at the game’s official FB page that they are very happy as they are ‘continuing work on Stalker 2 after the holidays. FlatOut 3’s CEO wanted to send the police to an individual who used his name on Metacritic

Oh boy, I don’t know which is worse. That someone used Ronnie Nelis name to post a user review in Metacritic or that Nelis wanted to send the police to him? Long story short, an individual trolled FlatOut 3’s Metacritic page and posted a user review by using the name of Team 6 Studios’ CEO. Ronnie Nelis found out about it, contacted Metacritic and the review was removed. So far, so good. What followed afterwards, though, caught us off guard. BioWare responds to Star Wars: The Old Republic’s low-resolution textures

If you’ve been playing BioWare’s MMO, Star Wars: The Old Republic, you have definitely noticed the difference between the in-game and cinematic textures. We’ve all been waiting for BioWare’s response to this, and it seems that the company has been experiencing technical issues with the high-resolution textures. New Postal 3 Update Released

Akella Games released a new update for their third person action game, Postal 3. Although the company hasn’t provided us with the English changelog, we can safely assume that it’s the same with the Russian one that was released a couple of days ago. All hell has broken loose; SkyrimOnline team accuses SkyNet group for stealing their code and donations

 

This is just sad. Seeing modders accusing each other and stating that they’ll drag them to the courts is just SAD. Not because there was a disagreement between two teams, but because modders should have high standards and should not cause troubles to the community. These are the guys that we love and should not behave child-ish or like some triple-A ‘God awful’ companies. First things first though. In case you were unaware off, SkyrimOnline is a mod for Skyrim that promises to bring some Online functionality to it. The team felt the need to speed up things, therefore they started a partnership with SkyNet. And then, all hell broke loose.
