Crytek revealed today that CRYENGINE 5.3 will be available in mid-November. This build of CRYENGINE – that was previously meant to be released in October – will support the Vulkan API, and we are pretty interested to see whether developers will take advantage of it. Earth Defense Force 5 has been announced, gets debut trailer
D3 Publisher has announced the next iteration in its Earth Defence Force series. While we don’t have enough information about it yet, the publisher revealed the first trailer for Earth Defence Force 5 at Sony’s TGS 2016 press conference. D3 Publisher has not revealed whether the game will be coming to other platforms than PS4, however with the recent success of Earth Defence Force 4.1 on Steam, we are pretty sure that this new Earth Defence Force game will – eventually – find its way to our platform. NieR: Automata gets new trailer, targets a February 2017 release
Square Enix and PlatinumGames have released a new trailer for NieR: Automata and at the end of that trailer, it was revealed that the game will be released on February 23rd. This trailer was unveiled during Sony’s TGS conference, however we are pretty sure that the PC version will be released alongside the PS4 version.
