Prey’s demo was running comfortably above 60fps in 4K at AMD’s Computex conference
Yesterday, AMD showcased Prey running in 4K on two Radeon RX Vega graphics cards. However, that demo did not include any FPS counter and there was noticeable tearing. As such, we began wondering what was the point of showing this demo. And it appears we weren’t the only ones as a lot of people started questioning this upcoming graphics card, forcing AMD’s Raja Koduri to comment and state that the Prey demo was running with more than 60fps. Crytek has announced that it will be showing gameplay from Hunt: Showdown to select partners and media at this year’s E3. From the sound of it, this gameplay footage won’t be available to the public, however Crytek claimed that it will reveal more details about its title at E3. Bohemia Interactive today revealed that its new tactical first-person multiplayer shooter, Argo, will be launched on June 22nd for free to everyone on Steam.
