Can the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 run Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2 with 60fps at Native 4K/Ultra?

Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2 is currently available to those who have pre-ordered the Gold or Ultra Editions. The game will become available to everyone on September 9th.
