Bio: Hello, my name is NICK Richardson. I'm an avid PC and tech fan since the good old days of RIVA TNT2, and 3DFX interactive "Voodoo" gaming cards. I love playing mostly First-person shooters, and I'm a die-hard fan of this FPS genre, since the good 'old Doom and Wolfenstein days.
MUSIC has always been my passion/roots, but I started gaming "casually" when I was young on Nvidia's GeForce3 series of cards. I'm by no means an avid or a hardcore gamer though, but I just love stuff related to the PC, Games, and technology in general. I've been involved with many indie Metal bands worldwide, and have helped them promote their albums in record labels. I'm a very broad-minded down to earth guy. Recently AMD implemented a new Smart Access Memory (AMD SAM) technology for its Radeon RX 6000 GPUs and Ryzen 5000 series of processors. But this is not an entirely new technology, since it is based on the Resizable BAR open standard included by PCI-SIG in the PCIe 3.0 standard in 2008.

At the recent CES 2021 keynote, NVIDIA officially announced the company’s mainstream GeForce RTX 3060 12GB GPU in the Ampere lineup of cards. The GeForce RTX 3060 will officially launch on February 25th. This is the first GA106-based GPU which is equipped with 12GB of GDDR6 memory, and sports 3584 CUDA cores.

As you may already know, Polish game developer CD Projekt Red has been in the limelight since Cyberpunk 2077 was released on the PC as well as consoles. Just few months ago, CDPR was under investigation by Poland’s Consumer Protection Agency over Cyberpunk 2077’s troubled launch. CDPR also issued an official apology statement afterwards.

Intel’s senior Vice President, Raja Koduri, recently posted a teaser of the company’s first gaming discrete graphics cards on Twitter, the Xe HPG. Intel’s Xe HPG DG2 (High-Performance Gaming) gaming graphics card appears to have been tested in the new 3DMark Mesh Shader feature test by Intel.

As you may already know by now, Intel has been struggling with its 10nm process fabrication node since quite some time. Both the upcoming Rocket Lake-S desktop platform and the Comet Lake-S lineup are also fabbed on the 14nm process node, with Rocket Lake CPU using an advanced 14nm node.

CD Projekt RED has just announced on Twitter that the company has been a victim of a targeted cyberattack on its internal network. The attacker group and individual seems to have gained access to the company’s sensitive data, after hacking into CD Projekt’s servers.
