EA has just revealed the identity of Command & Conquer: Tiberium Alliances, a browser-based strategy game set in the Command & Conquer Tiberium universe. According to the press release, Tiberium Alliances is developed by the EA-owned German RTS studio Phenomic that was responsible for SpellForce, BattleForge and Lord of Ultima.
