According to an email we got from GamersFirsts, APB Reloaded’s Open Beta phase has just begun. APB Reloaded is now in Open Beta, every gamer can test it and is completely Free2Play. The game has been improved and features an overhauled character progression, a revamped witnessing system and a brand new skill rating system.
