AMD Explains Two Major Features of DX12 (Async Shaders & Multi-Threaded Command Buffer Recording)

AMD explained today two major features that will be included in Microsoft’s new API, DirectX 12. These two features are Async Shaders and Multi-Threaded Command Buffer Recording. DX12 promises to give extra life to all available older multi-core CPUs, and these two features will be essential to that task.
Grand Theft Auto V – Script Hook Library Opens Up Modding Possibilities

Modder ‘Alexander Blade’ has released its script hook library for Grand Theft Auto V. This library basically allows players to use GTA V script native functions in custom *.asi plugins, meaning that mods will be coming very shortly to Rockstar’s open-world title.

Batman: Arkham Knight – PC Requirements Revealed, Will Support PhysX

NVIDIA’s GeForce website has just revealed the PC requirements for Rocksteady’s Batman: Arkham Knight. According to them, PC gamers will at least need 6GB of RAM (say bye-bye to this game if you are equipped with only 4GB), a 64-bit operating system, and 45GB of free hard drive space.
