Before creating DSOGaming, John worked on numerous gaming websites. While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved - and still does - the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 1 and 2 have just been released on Steam and… both of them are really awful ports. While the games are not that demanding when it comes to PC specs, their control mechanics are among the worst we’ve ever seen.

Grinding Gear Games has released a new video in which Jonathan Rogers, Technical Director at Grinding Gear Games, discusses the performance improvements that are coming in version 2.4.0. Path of Exile is a free-to-play online action RPG and its upcoming 2.4.0 will offer better multi-threading CPU support (that will significantly improve the game’s performance). Enjoy!
