Ubisoft has just announced a new IP called Steep. Steep is an open-world action sports game in which players ride the massive open world of the Alps and Alaska. In Steep, you will be able to dominate the world’s most epic mountains on skis, wingsuit, snowboard, and in paraglide. Steep releases this December, and below you can find its announcement trailer, as well as a gameplay walkthrough video. Enjoy!

I though you would be able to do that in fc4 but apparently the Himalayas were just linear missions, makes you wonder if the game spawned from unfinished fc4 stuff with the wingsuit.
I absolutely got the feel that the wingsuit stuff was a direct result of feedback from it’s use in FC3 and 4. Wingsuit challenges and overall use was one of the funnest parts about those games
I know this may seem as a minigame to y’all but I really support sports and even tho it’s ubisoft and their Assassins engine, this will bring something new to the community.
Not sure if they missed it, or are just too busy w/ the speed of annoucements but there is a new Trials game that got surprised launched now. I just picked it up for $15 its a Trials game set in the Blood Dragon universe. To clear confusion it isn’t FC Blood Dragon 2, has nothing to do with FC, but if your a fan of Trials then its targeted towards that. Only early into playing it, but seems like a trials game with much heavier story elements than past ones
It looks like Blood Dragon is set to be this “franchise of spin offs”.
