Dragon Quest Heroes: The World Tree’s Woe and the Blight Below Coming To The PC According To Steam

Apparently, Steam’s ads have revealed a new game for the PC. It appears that Dragon Quest Heroes: The World Tree’s Woe and the Blight Below will be coming to our platform, although there is still no ETA or additional details about the PC version.

Dragon Quest Heroes: The World Tree’s Woe and the Blight Below was released in February for PS4 and mixes the hack-and-slash gameplay of Koei Tecmo’s Dynasty Warriors series of video games, with the characters and monsters from Square Enix’s Dragon Quest series.

It will be interesting to see when this title will hit the PC. Not only that, but this port also gives hope for a PC version of Final Fantasy XV (we all know that it will eventually hit the PC).

Enjoy and stay tuned for more.

  1. The developer is Omega Force, since the game has a PS3 version we can be sure they will port that, f’ Omega Force and Koei Tecmo. OPPW3 is still not patched on PC since release.

    1. SquareEnix Global (for lack of a better word); have ties to Nixxes. The ones who did the awesome ports of DX: Human Revolution and Tomb Raider. Just a matter of SE not making good use of its own resources

      1. I was more worried about the Koei Tecmo side of the equation TBH. But if Square Enix is doing it in-house that might be a slight improvement over Koei Tecmo handling porting duties.

  2. Who is willing to bet it will be a “hack job” of a port? xD

Although I’m inclined to believe that a hack could do a better job.
