Pearl Abyss has just released Title Update 1.12.00 for its latest game, Crimson Desert, and shared its full patch notes. So, let’s see what this new patch brings to the table.
Patch 1.12.00 adds a new feature that allows you to decorate the area outside your house. It also adds 2 new tools that can be used to craft items. These new tools are the Workstation and Loom. Moreover, it adds 58 new items for your house.
Update 1.12.00 also comes with a number of combat and control tweaks and fixes. For instance, it improves the system so that other inputs are not performed while an interaction prompt is displayed while aiming. It also fixes an issue where, when customizing controls, if a disabled key and the interaction key were assigned to the same input, the interaction function would incorrectly be triggered by holding the input.
Players will now be able to use the “Aerial Force Palm” in safe zones. You can also place the “Nature’s Snare” while flying. The devs have improved the skill executed when using “Quick Swap” with a spear, as well as the Wyvern’s dive animation. They have also added a new attack pattern for the Queen Bismuth Oreback Crab.
From what I see, there aren’t any major performance or optimization improvements. However, there are a couple of QoL menu improvements. For example, you can now move directly to the top or the bottom of the Settings menu. The game will also show a prompt for setting the minimum font size when launching it for the first time. Plus, the devs have fixed an issue where enemy icons would sometimes not display on the Minimap.

[All] Added chain attacks while sliding for each weapon type.

Additionally, the loading process has been optimized to slightly reduce loading time.
