Steam’s member ‘Snight01’ has released a must-have mod for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. This mod fixes the annoying crashes that could occur on Jedha when using Ray Tracing. Moreover, it resolves the occlusion culling issues that plagued this SW game.
It’s really funny that Respawn has not been able to fix these issues. Yesterday, and after a whole month, Respawn released a new PC patch. And, surprise surprise, the aforementioned issues were still present in it.
The fact that a modder was able to fix these issues so easily is funny and depressing. It’s funny because modders have decided to give Respawn the finger and fix the game themselves. On the other hand, it’s depressing because in 2023 the developers can’t even fix their own games. And while PC gamers can at least enjoy the game, the console version of Jedi Survivor is still in an awful state. Man, what a clusterfuck.
This is the second time that Respawn has dropped the ball. Say what you will about Naughty Dog or Warner Bros, but both of them fixed the major technical issues of The Last of Us Part I and Gotham Knights. On the other hand, Star Wars Fallen Order still suffers from traversal stutters. And, at this point, you should not expect Respawn to address the stuttering issues in Jedi Survivor. That won’t ever happen.

I’ve finished the game when launched,on PS5 on quality mode(30fps) because performance mode was 30fps but unlocked.
I’ve noticed stutters,gliches yet i finished the game…delete it to make space for Diablo 4,and i don’t think i will ever replay Survivor(good game,but has no replay factor,i rather finish Red Dead Redemption 2 for the third time,on a PS4(runs better than Survivor on a PS5).
People should stop buying games from big western companies nowdays. They should understand these don’t want to sell games. They just want your money. That’s all. And they can trade it for any uttermost garbage they’ve got. Want to buy actual games? Go on gog. Check your games. Download from Elamigos, play it. If you like it buy it from gog and keep it. I am so done with AAA gaming, i am at a point that i CAN wait… not i “cant wait” CAN wait for 2-3 years from now that starfield will be fully patched and modders will have made it interesting and the price will drop and nvidia maybe finally releases a gpu at the range of 200-250 that is competitive and can run games or at least starfield well. Then maybe me and my rtx 6050 gpu that wont cost 400 bucks and a 20 bucks starfield patched with mods can have fun doing some space game stuff, but at that point spacebourne 2 will be half as good as starfield so who cares. As for the rest of the games? Who cares, i dont like medieval rpgs, jrpgs, mp cod clones or coop crap, ill just play indie games like boomer shooters and comand and conquer clones, or some indie sillent hill, resident evil clones.
