While Techland plans to reveal a new gameplay trailer for Dying Light 2 later today, it appears that part of that trailer got leaked online. Not only that, but this leak reveals the game’s release date.
As we can see, Dying Light 2 will be called Dying Light 2: Stay Human and will release on December 7th.
My guess is that Techland will also reveal more details about the game in a few hours. From what we know, the game will have Ray Tracing effects. Its world is also reportedly four times bigger than the whole first game.

I don’t care how big the damn map is. Tell me how detailed and full of life it is. Size of maps was meaningful back in the day when it was all new. With games like No Man’s Sky out… where maps can be almost infinite… the map size argument doesn’t mean anything anymore. I’ll gladly take a fully detailed and unique smaller map any day.

Nah Dying Light wasn’t a fluke. Techland was getting better and better with each game leading up to Dying Light, I just hope they revisit Call of Jaurez.

I actually liked it, while the Main map had much more verticality the Dying Light map was medium sized, just big and unique enough for you to memorize it and all the shortcuts.
