The PC version of Death Stranding surprised some gamers that were expecting it to be purely exclusive on Playstation 4. However, it appears that other PS4-exclusive developers would also like to see their games on our platform. One of them is the director of God of War, Cory Barlog, who claimed that love to see the latest GoW game on the PC.
Now while Barlog would love to see a native PC version of God of War, he did state that such a decision is above his paygrade. In other words, this is something that only Sony can approve and we are pretty sure that this won’t happen anytime soon.

Barlog claimed that, unfortunately, he is not Kojima who can freely release his game on our platform. However, we do have to note that Kojima Productions originally announced Death Stranding as a PS4/PC game. On the other hand, God of War has always been a Playstation exclusive series.
Now while Sony has been really friendly to the PC platform, I don’t expect it to release its first-party titles to it. In other words, PC gamers should not expect to get Horizon: Zero Dawn, God of War or Gran Turismo. However, other games – like perhaps Spiderman – may one day find their way on the PC. Let’s not forget that both Detroit: Become Human and Journey came out on the PC.
So yeah, while I don’t expect the Playstation-exclusive series to ever come out on the PC, we may see more PS4-only games releasing on the PC in the future. After all, we are certain that most developers would want to see their games on as many platforms as possible.

BOOOOY i am getting hit from behind because the camera is too close. Wtf was even wrong with the camera in the previous games? They changed things for the sake of changing them, rpg mechanics with loot, open world, sidequests, sidekick slow combat. This clown and by that i mean cory said that god of war had to change and become less masculine, freaking soy boy ruined it, the previous director was much better.

Bruh, the camera sucked balls in this game. They should’ve left the camera the way it was before. Especially since they made it evidently clear that they didn’t know what they were doing by his animations. There was something seriously off about controlling Kratos and his fighting animations. They just all felt very “triggered”, it wasn’t Smooth. Mass effect Andromeda had a similar problem with its controls. Very hard to describe, it’s as if at any moment it could buq the hell out while floating on ice. Long story short, just felt alot like it was done by amateurs.
The reason why God Of War 4 is so well acclaimed and no one criticized it is simply because CONSOLE. On console you don’t have much options of what to play, so any 1st part IP gets released its gonna get praised to schitts. And that’s just that. I’m quite surprised at the level of hate and honesty against GOW 4 on DSO. That’s why I love DSO. Because if you go anywhere else they are kissing God Of War 4 in a9al beads all day long.
I enjoyed the old God of War games, but both the story and Kratos were childish. Now he’s more masculine than ever. He’s just not an angry man baby anymore.

You could play it on PC using PS Now. Yeah, quality won’t be best, but it better then nothing.
Probably, when PS Now will start to use PC for their servers, they will port all their exclusives to PC, though they could still be avaliable only through streaming.

God of War 2 & 3 are the best on the series And Ascension is only for Hardcore fan and it’s a fantastic game by the way.
Sony has no interest in their Original IP’s coming to PC, because they know that’s what sells consoles. Microsoft is a different story because Xbox was always a fun side project for them while PS4 is sony’s main bread and butter.

I bought a PS4 last summer in preparation for Spiderman & I’ve barely played it. Not saying that Spiderman it’s not a good game’ I’ve just simply outgrown controllers & 30 fps. I’d rather play with a KB+M in just about every game. But God Of War 4 is Garbo.

I played 8% of God Of Soy and deleted it. The game was not a God Of War Game. It had no redeeming qualities for me. If it was called something else I would’ve been more accepting. But to call the rubbish God of war us blasphemy. And whenever you can it out people are quick to jump down your throat.
