343 Industries held a livestream yesterday, showing Halo: Reach Firefight running on the PC. The game’s new PC flight will focus on this mode and from the looks of it, this highly anticipated PC flighting is right around the corner.
Firefight is a solo or co-op campaign mode where up to four players can fight against waves of Covenant attackers. This mode allows players to battle in multiple environments based on campaign maps. Moreover, the game allows players to fight on foot or in vehicles, and against increasingly difficult waves of Covenant attackers.
Not only that, but Halo: Reach’s Firefight has a large number of customization options and new features. For example, Matchmaking support is available, as well as many new game modes such as Generator Defense and the Versus Mode.
The PC gameplay footage starts at around 33:00. Thus, make sure to skip everything else if you are solely interesting in it.
Unfortunately, 343 Industries has not announced yet when the next flighting will launch. Still, and given the fact that Firefight appears to be working fine, it could launch next week. And if that doesn’t happen, it’s almost certain that it will launch next month.
Enjoy!

Damn remember when this was supposed to happen back in April? hope we get this game ready to buy in the next month of two!
It will take longer than that, 5 months at least
I signed up to be in these flights day 1. Never got a single email. Alot of my friends have the same story.
But you see all the YouTubers showing there gameplay. What a load is marketing bull.
You know they are only sending invites to YouTubers to show off the game and praise it.
Because they know that they will only give glowing reviews.
Damn I thought I was the only one, same here what the hell? I am also a Halo PC insider and I have not received one invite or email.
Well it is the sign of the times, Influencers run the gaming world not the actual customers(which makes no sense to Me) feels bad Man 🙁
It’s pathetic how slow the mcc is coming to PC.
It really is. 343 look like a bunch of incompetent fools
Slower good game release > fast crap port release.
I don’t want to rush them.
All I’m asking for is just a open beta. Not this bullshit flight test for whatever.
Just make open beta team Slayer one map. Then do maintenance, updates etc. It’s not rocket science
Would you rather have a buggy broken piece of sh*t like the Xboner MCC launch?
Something so rushed it took 4 years to fix
If you actually think they were working on it for 4 years you’re a fool.
Btw if I’m not mistaken 343 outsourced it
Reminds me a lot of UT2004…
At this rate, we will be seeing Halo Infinite before MCC.
“highly anticipated”…
With all those rednecking and yapping about 15 years old game, I cant care less now! Few moders would do job faster! Hell, they almost made mgs4 full working in rpcs3 in this time 343 needed for “FOV slider”
Every Youtuber… that plays early,
How disgraceful they play .
Hipsters The Lot .
I hope signing up for this insider program was not a waste? Oy
Doubt I’ll have time to play this, Apex Legends is taking too much of my time.
Good, stay there
