Microsoft has announced that the State of Decay 2 community now exceeds three million players. Undead Labs’ latest zombie game surpassed two million players on June 5th and it took them a little more than three weeks on order to hit the 3 million milestone.
As we’ve said multiple times, this number also includes the Xbox Game Pass subscribers who were able to download and play the game. As such, this figure does not mean that the game has sold two million units.
In case you weren’t aware of, State of Decay 2 is a new survival game that promises to immerse players in an all-new, multiplayer zombie survival fantasy. In State of Decay 2, players will be able to build a lasting community, working with other players or solo to overcome challenges while exploring your own unique story in a world that remembers the choices you make.

State of Decay was best setting game in last month – beat all games like God of War, Detroit etc. And that chart don’t include Game Pass

Id like to see a sales breakdown too it would be interesting to see how well the game sold on each platform respectively. You’re probably right too because if it sold a lot on Xbox then its likely they would be letting everyone know, but they arent.
Well i hate the whole xbox app/store on pc platform. But gamepass is free for one month and i intend to play gow4 and sod2 with friends for free. Will i be part of the so called 3mil?

Sp4ctr0 Spencer ‘conveniently’ omitted to mention that NPD Group have also confirmed that God of War is the number two top-selling retail game of the year thus far (Far Cry 5 being top) while State of Decay 2 hasn’t made the top-ten.

I mean, God of War isn’t a very good action game.. Its mechanically rather dead. I haven’t bothered with state of decay.
To be fair, the phrase ‘state of decay’ perfectly characterises the health of the Xbox brand this console generation.

They need to fix Coop, so players can Clip though each other and though the NPC’s. its fricking annoying trying to get around them or though a door way when you cant clip though them.
