Far Cry 5 is the fastest selling title in the franchise’s history, second biggest launch ever for a Ubisoft game

Ubisoft has announced that Far Cry 5 is the fastest selling title in the franchise’s history. According to the big publisher, the game more than doubled first week sell-through of Far Cry 4, and it currently represents the second biggest launch ever for a Ubisoft game, following only Tom Clancy’s The Division, with $310M USD in consumer spending through the first week. Sea of Thieves patch 1.0.2 now available, adjusts ship respawn distance, packs performance improvements

Rare has released the second patch for its shared world action-adventure pirate game, Sea of Thieves. According to the release notes, this patch adjusts the ship respawn distance, fixes a bug that could accidentally teleport players to their ship from the mermaid whilst holding treasure items, and comes with some performance improvements. Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands surpassed 10 million players worldwide

Ubisoft has announced that Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands has surpassed ten million players worldwide. As the press release reads, since the initial launch of Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands in March 2017, Ubisoft Paris has released 13 updates, including the launch of Ghost War – the 4v4 PvP mode – as well as The Predator special event and numerous updates to the core gameplay.
