Senior public relations manager for Epic Games, Dana Cowley, shared on her Tweeter a new screenshot that showcases Unreal 3 Engine’s new foliage system. And we have to say that it looks great. The lighting system and TOD also look better from everything we’ve ever seen so far from this engine, although we’d wish that Cowley would release a higher resolution screenshot of it. Call Of Duty: Black Ops Annihilation Now Available On XBOX LIVE

Activision released today the third downloadable content pack for the X360 version of Call Of Duty: Black Ops. The Annihilation Pack delivers four new multiplayer maps and a mind-blowing Zombies experience for the ultimate online showdown. Those maps are: Hangar 18, Drive-In, Silo, Hazard and Shangri-La. Bastion to lead Microsoft’s Summer of Arcade on Xbox Live

Warner Bros announced that their the award-winning Action-RPG, Bastion, will lead Microsoft’s Summer of Arcade on Xbox Live. The game will be released on July 20th, is priced at 1200 Microsoft Points and will be the first title to be released for the Microsoft Summer of Arcade lineup. Civilization V – New PC Update Released

Firaxis Games released today a new PC update for their latest turn-based strategy game, Civilization V. This update improves the enemy AI and rebalances the game to make higher difficulty levels more challenging. Furthermore, this update included improvements to the game’s multiplayer mode, as well as to the game’s UI and Diplomacy. We should note that your existing saves will work correctly, so there is no reason to worry about losing your game’s progress. This update is available through Steam and will be auto-downloaded next time you start your Steam client. The changelog is huge, so take a deep breath before reading it. Lords of Overclocking 2011 Contest Announced

Futuremark announced today the return of its annual Lords of Overclocking competition for PC users everywhere. According to the press release, this year’s event will be the largest of its type and will see overclocking pros, enthusiasts and hobbyists from Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas use 3DMark 11 and MSI brand graphics cards to compete for the title of “Lord of Overclocking” for their region.
