Here is a new teaser trailer for the next-gen action RPG, Godfall

Gearbox has released a brand new teaser trailer for its upcoming next-gen action RPG, Godfall. This teaser trailer showcases one of the main characters that players will be able to choose from. So yeah, don’t expect a lot from this trailer. After all, there is a reason it’s called a teaser trailer.

Godfall is a third-person fantasy action RPG that focuses on melee combat. The game targets a Holiday 2020 release, and will be timed-exclusive on Epic Games Store. According to Gearbox, the game will come out on other stores twelve months after its EGS release.

My guess is that Gearbox will release a more “proper” trailer at the Sony Playstation 5 event. Sony planned to launch that event on June 4th. However, and after everything that has happened in America with George Floyd, the team decided to postpone the event.

From little glimpses we’ve seen so far, the game will have combat similar to Dark Souls. Or at least that’s what its short gameplay clips indicated. Furthermore, Gearbox claimed that the game may look better than its cancelled 2019 trailer.

Enjoy the teaser trailer and stay tuned for more!
