Earlier this month, we informed you about a cool teaser that made Zelda: Ocarina of Time look like a Studio Ghibli movie. And today, I’m happy to report that its full fan film is on YouTube. So, go ahead and take a look at it.

In this video, RwanLink reveals Castle Town, a new place he made using Unreal Engine 5. The video is about 18 minutes long and has a special art style. The YouTuber aimed to make it look like a Studio Ghibli film, and he did a pretty good job.

This video took RwanLink four months and over 600 hours to complete. The artist also created more than 30 different characters for it.

This is one of the best Unreal Engine 5 fan recreations we’ve seen, and we strongly suggest watching it. What makes it so special is its unique art style. Truth be told, I don’t think future Zelda games will look like this, though. These “Studio Ghibli” animations are not suited for gameplay segments. However, I have to say that this film reminded me a bit of Wind Waker.
