I learnt about Warlander’s existence back in mid-2019 while it was still being developed as an action-RPG. As a Fable fan I was immediately hooked by Warlander’s narrative, visual style and fantasy setting, all of which suggested the game had decent potential. Clock Drive Games has announced its debut title with the dark fantasy, action-RPG Warlander, coming to Steam in Q3 2019. Warlander promises to combine story-driven adventure with fast-paced swordplay, featuring precision slicing and ragdoll physics which aim to create a brutal and visceral combat experience.
