This opening cinematic bridges the 20-year gap between the end of the HITMAN Prologue and the Sanguine Fashion Show in Paris. Rise of the Tomb Raider – New Update Fixes SSAO/HBAO+ Artifacts, Packs Smaller Optimizations

Crystal Dynamics and Nixxes have released a new update for the PC version of Rise of the Tomb Raider. This new patch adds a new option to disable the camera automatically centering behind the player when strafing, fixes artifacts when SSAO/HBAO+ was enabled in combination with SSAA, and brings a variety of other smaller optimizations, bug-fixes, and tweaks. AMD has issued a press release, revealing the first DX12 details for IO Interactive’s upcoming HITMAN game. According to the red team, HITMAN will be part of its Gaming Evolved program, and will leverage unique DX12 hardware found in only AMD Radeon GPUs to handle heavier workloads and better image quality without compromising performance. Square Enix has released a new set of screenshots for HITMAN. HITMAN will be an episodic game with a major live component, where players will perform contract hits on powerful, high-profile targets in exotic locations around the world.
