Namco Bandai and FromSoftware have revealed the minimum system requirements for the PC version of Dark Souls. Dark Souls: Prepare To Die Edition will require a dual-core CPU, 4GB of disk space and an Nvidia 8800GT or an ATI Radeon 4850. Seems reasonable, right? Dark Souls PC – 1080p support, 30fps lock option, major fps issues even with Nvidia GTX 6xx cards

Get ready for some bad news Dark Souls fans. Yes, the game is coming to the PC and that’s what most of us have been asking all this time. And although some of you misunderstood From Software’s statement about the ‘720p resolution’ restriction, we are happy to report that the game supports resolutions up to 1080p. Confirmed – Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition will use Games For Windows LIVE

Earlier today, we informed you about Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition’s latest trailer. However, we are here now to bring you some bad news. A lot of PC gamers had high hopes when Namco announced that the PC version of Dark Souls would hit Steam. Don’t get your hopes up though as it will not support Steamworks. Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition – Artorias of the Abyss DLC Trailer

Namco has released a trailer for the new content that will be featured in the ‘Prepare to Die Edition’ of Dark Souls. This new content is entitled as ‘Artorias of the Abyss’ and will be released on consoles as a DLC. Dark Souls: Artorias of the Abyss will be available this winter in Europe and Australasia on consoles, whereas Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition will be available this August on the PC. Ridge Racer: Unbounded – New DLC Released

Namco Bandai has released a new DLC for the PC version of Ridge Racer: Unbounded. This new DLC is called ‘Ridge Racer Type 4 Machine and El Mariachi’ Pack and as the title suggests, it adds two new vehicles to Bugbear’s arcade racing game. Ridge Racer: Unbounded PC Demo Is Out Now

Namco Bandai and Bugbear Entertainment have released a PC demo for their arcade racer, Ridge Racer: Unbounded. Unfortunately, Bugbear has not provided us with any additional details so we don’t know what is being featured in this demo. Ridge Racer: Unbounded PC – New Updates Released; micro-stuttering fixed, friends support added

Great news for arcade racers as Bugbear Entertainment have released two new updates for the PC version of Ridge Racer: Unbounded. These updates fix the micro-stuttering problem that was present with some graphics cards, add support for friends, fix the highlighting bug in lobby and improve the multiplayer stability with high latency or high packet loss. These updated will be auto-downloaded next time you start the Steam client and you can view the complete changelog (for both of them) below. Enjoy! A while back, we wrote an editorial about the features that should be included in the PC version of Dark Souls. These features were important – in our opinion – and it seems that Dark Souls PC won’t support any of them. Not only that, but the game is said to be locked on 30fps. Wait what? Star Trek: The Video Game coming to PC and consoles in 2013, teaser trailer released

Namco released the teaser trailer for Star Trek: The Video Game. The action-packed combat game is set to launch the first quarter of 2013 prior to the May 17th theatrical release of the next Star Trek installment from director and producer J.J. Abrams and is developed by Digital Extremes. The game, through a license with CBS Consumer Products, is based on a stand-alone storyline that continues the adventure of iconic characters Kirk and Spock as they work together to stop a legendary enemy race bent on conquering the galaxy.
