Doom RTX released; mod bringing real-time ray tracing to the classic Doom game via the Vulkan API [UPDATE: Fake]

Modder ‘doom_rtx’ has released a mod that all owners of NVIDIA’s Turing GPUs will appreciate. As its title suggests, Doom RTX brings real-time ray tracing effects to the first Doom game. The modder has used the Vulkan API and you’ll need at least an NVIDIA RTX 2060 in order to run it. Free standalone mod, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly beta 1.5, available for download, uses XRay-Monolith Engine
